Terms and Conditions

1. All pre-order items will be deliver in estimate time 2-3 weeks
2. Estimated arrival time is to be used as a guide only. 
3. Tracking number will be provided 
4.  Free delivery for orders above RM100, only for clothing.
5. Customers will be notified of their parcel’s tracking number via whatsapp/wechat once their order has been mailed.
6. May check the parcel status HERE
7. We would not be responsible for any delay/ loss/damage during shipment. We'll make sure your package are nicely packed and checked before sending though.
8. SALE items are strictly non-exchangeable and non refundable.
